On the special instructions of Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif, the Punjab government has formally started the Dhee Rani program. The main objective of which is to help parents fulfill their social and religious responsibilities with dignity. Due to rising inflation and the prevailing economic situation and financial difficulties within the country, many poor and deserving parents were unable to arrange marriages for their daughters. And in view of this, this program has been started on the special instructions of Chief Minister Punjab, Maryam Nawaz Sharif. Under this program, the Punjab government will provide financial and social support to these new couples to make their weddings memorable.
Financial support and gifts
Under the program, every new couple will be given a salute of Rs 1 lakh through ATM so that they can start their new life better. In addition, each couple will also be provided with the facility of offering food to 20 guests at the wedding, which will be a great financial support for them. When it comes to more gifts, the Punjab government will be given a dowry gift worth Rs 206,000, which will include beds, meters, and other essential items.
In addition, the government will also give new joints a gift for the necessary furniture, household use utensils, clothing, and other everyday use items. These gifts will help improve their domestic life and tackle everyday problems.

مزید یہ کہ، حکومت کی جانب سے نئے جوڑوں کو ضروری فرنیچر، گھریلو استعمال کی برتن، کپڑے، اور روزمرہ کے استعمال کی دیگر اشیاءکا تحفہ بھی دیا جائے گا۔ یہ تحائف ان کے گھریلو زندگی کو بہتر بنانے اور روزمرہ کے مسائل سے نمٹنے میں مدد کریں گے

Eligibility Criteria
Girls who are orphans, destitute, disabled, or daughters of disabled persons and between the ages of 18 and 40 can apply to participate in the Punjab Dhee Rani program. The applicant girl herself, her father, mother, or legal guardian can apply for the program, but the condition is that the applicant must be a resident of Punjab.

If the program receives more then 3000 applications, eligible candidates will be selected by the electronic lottery. Further, the applicant has to submit an affidavit of being unmarried and willing to participate in mass marriage ceremonies.

Procedure To Complete Registration In CM Punjab Dhee Rani Program
The process of submitting applications for collective weddings has begun. Aspiring couples can submit their applications online to Cmp.Punjab.gov.pk. In order to make the applying process easier and transparent, special teams will also go home and confirm the applicants, so that the needy can be benefited real.
